Whoa! Is Bernie O’Hare leaning Crosswell?
Despite his recent defection from the GOP, Ryan Crosswell has struck me as the sincerest of the candidates. I believe he tries hardest to be honest.

The longtime Lehigh Valley blogger Bernie O’Hare is probably the most widely read political blogger in the region.
While he’s often presented as being close to former Northampton County Executive Lamont McClure, O’Hare has always shown an independent streak. It’s a feature of him that — as someone who didn’t grow up around here — strikes me as very eastern Pennsylvanian.
I like Bernie’s blog, personally. It’s interesting that he’s edging towards Crosswell. I think that Crosswell’s youthful sincerity is a big winner, and I wonder if that’s what Bernie’s picking up on, too?
It’s notable. Bernie’s bullshit detectors are among the most powerful I’ve encountered.
