Former Saucon Valley school director investigated by Bethlehem controller’s office

WFMZ-Channel 69 has more information on Mark Sivak, the former Saucon Valley school board director apparently being investigated in his recent role as the City of Bethlehem’s budget and finance director.

Once again, Sivak hasn’t been charged with a crime and is presumed innocent.

I posted about Sivak last week, and at this point, I think most of the news media and certainly Sivak are waiting to see if criminal charges get filed by the Northampton County District Attorney’s office. It’s not looking good at this point, but we’ll see.
